Conditions

The apartment will be freshly cleaned for your arrival and all bed linen and towels will be provided (but please bring your own beach towels).

Deposit : 25% and should be paid within 3 working days

Balance: Payable 5 weeks before your arrival

Takeover time : 3pm

Vacate by: 10am

Security/Breakages deposit: A £100 deposit for keys and breakages is payable with the balance and will be refunded after your holiday subject to inspection.

Maximum occupancy: 4 guests
